The Audience, Device and Geo for a strategy are configurable through libraries. The initial view displays the recommended audience persona, device and location combination.
The recommendations are pulled from experts’ library. The experts’ library holds definitions of the various personas as well as device and Geos.
You can add more personas from experts’ library or pause the ones already present. To pause persona, click on the persona and hit the play button at the right top.
To add more personas, simply click on “+” icon.
This opens the library editor. Click on the search icon with a few seed letters and select the persona you are looking for.
You can define your own personas too. They get added to your private library. Click on “Add New Audience Group” to open the persona editor.
Search for an appropriate seed and allow the definition to grow by selecting among related suggestions. Drag the selections made to “Selected Targeting” and the exclusions to “Excluded Targeting”.
You can also define re-marketing personas based on your website visitors, cart abandoners, an email list of subscribers to target.
Targeting lookalike audiences similar to remarketing personas brings in the relevant new audience. Hit save and you are all set. The persona gets added to the strategy.
You can edit the defined persona as well as duplicate it for defining a similar new persona too.
