What do the values in Red/green indicate?

The percentages in red and green indicate the decrease or increase in a metric in comparison with the preceding time frame.

For example – If the metric for comparison is Revenue and the time frame of reporting is last 7 days.  A percentage quoting 5% is next to the metric in green. This means that revenue is showing an increase of  5% when last 7 days revenue is compared with the preceding 7 days.
